If you notice any issues with the product at the time of delivery, you may return it directly to the delivery representative.
A return fee equal to the delivery fee will be charged for this service.
2. After Order Acceptance
Once you accept the order and keep the item, this confirms that it is in good condition.
No returns or exchanges are allowed after acceptance, whether the item has been opened or not.
Refund Process
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and approved.
If you return the item upon delivery, it will be refunded through the delivery representative.

سيتم خصم رسوم إرجاع تعادل رسوم التوصيل.
2. بعد قبول الطلب
بمجرد قبولك للطلب واحتفاظك بالمنتج، فهذا يؤكد أنه سليم وخالٍ من العيوب.
لا يحق بعد ذلك الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، سواء تم فتح المنتج أو لم يتم.
